Gyli — Health and Safety Notice
Before you start
Gyli is a fitness and wellbeing tracking app. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional judgement.
Exercise descriptions and demonstrations are provided for general information. They have not been reviewed for your circumstances — your health, injuries, fitness level, or goals. No one has checked that any exercise here is safe or suitable for you.
Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting or changing how you exercise, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, managing a health condition, or have been inactive for a while.
Stop if something hurts. Pain is information, not weakness. If you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness or unusual shortness of breath, stop straight away and get medical help.
Numbers in Gyli — steps, heart rate, sleep, timers — come from your devices and may not be accurate. The AI reviews describe your own entries and can be wrong; they are never health advice.
Stay aware of your surroundings, especially with headphones on or spoken cues playing.
You are responsible for how you use this app.
